Who is Coach Em?

I am a Certified Health Coach, Mind Body Eating Coach, and I have my Master's in Health and Wellness Management. I have spent over 10 years in adult and pediatric mental health, focusing on behavior change, emotional well-being, and effective communication within family dynamics. I am particularly skilled at helping adolescents and families feel they have a safe container to work through challenging issues. I have a very non-cookie-cutter approach, meaning my skill set is intentionally malleable to meet your family where you're at and provide you with a high level of coaching specific to your needs. It doesn't matter what challenges you might be facing as a family. I take the opportunity to be let into your personal dynamics as a privilege, and it is as important to me, as it is to you, that you achieve the change and success you are looking for.
