BalanceFAST exists to help combat a world in which the focus on wellness and health often makes us feel worse about ourselves. 

I am here to support anyone who is tired of being sold their insecurities and wants to feel better in their body and life, but does not want to get there through restriction, guilt, or burnout.

The mission is to make wellness feel more realistic, more compassionate, and more human.
